Receiving Optimized Emails Using Oultook

HOW TO USE: Based on personal behavior and communication styles, Klearcomm can optimize messages you send as well as ones you receive. Make sure your Klearcomm behavior and communication profile is complete on https://klearcommapp.vibrantecai.com/index.html in order to start optimizing. If you don’t have an account, contact your administrator to set up your Outlook email with a Klearcomm token so you can log in.

Step 1

Open the email you want optimized for you. In the upper right corner of the screen, open the Add-in menu by either clicking the three dots (see left image), or by clicking More apps (see right image).

Step 2

Click on Klearcomm to open the Klearcomm app screen. Klearcomm’s optimizer screen will appear and load the email, optimized for your behavior and communication styles.
